Prosjektet startet med en innledende utredning av tiltak (rehabilitering av eksisterende anlegg eller bygge nytt), plassering og beregning av n\u00f8dvendig st\u00f8rrelse p\u00e5 det nye h\u00f8ydebassenget. Den omhandlet adkomst, grunnarbeider for nye bassengtanker og ventilhus, samt ventilhus og riving av gammelt h\u00f8ydebasseng.<\/p><p>Hinnstein har utarbeidet detaljbeskrevet entreprise, unntatt ventilhuset som var beskrevet som en totalentreprise.<\/p><p>Entreprise 2 var konkurranse med forhandling. Den omhandlet et prefabrikkert h\u00f8ydebasseng, best\u00e5ende av to tanker med et samlet volum p\u00e5 2000 m3.<\/p><p>Hinnstein har utarbeidet totalentreprisebeskrivelsen.
